The 'Agent is a multiplayer skin in The Conduit. In the campaign mode, these agents are the elite agents of the Trust. They wear XA1 prototype armor, and are a staple for the human forces. This armor was stolen from the Trust and given to Micheal Ford by Prometheus' men.
