Donar is the prototypical weather "god", a real control-freak who wants everything in life his way. He provided the impetus behind the Nazi party and other nationalistic movements in Europe and beyond. He believes that the best form of goverments is a benevolent dictatorship - just as long as he's the one sitting on the throne.
