The Drones are the bulk of the Drudge army, the standard fighters. They have shiny gray armor and usually carry a strike rifle.
Background
They want to invade planet Earth. But what they don't know, is you're going to stop them.
Involvement
The Drones come out of the conduits and attack you. They tend to attack in groups. If they feel overpowered they will run and seek cover, then when you don't pay attention to them they attempt to find and shoot you while you are unaware.
Strategy
Shoot them till they die. Try to avoid the blasts form their shriekers if possible. If there is more than one type of drudge enemy, try to take out the drones second, after the skimmers. When you don't pay attention to them they attempt to find and shoot you while you are unaware.
